Objective:

The SOURCE project aims to support adult learning experts to use or integrate digital technologies in distant learning setups in creative, collaborative and efficient ways.
SOURCE, by exploring the digital transformation landscape, aims to tackle the “”internal”” barriers – skills, attitudes, and knowledge – rather than the “”external”” barriers – lack of resources or institutional support. This bottom-up approach is foreseen to facilitate digital transformation, especially attitudes crucial to modifying intentions and behaviours related to technology integration.
